Is 'ooh!' pronounced like the double 'o' in boogie? Or am I even allowed to know that?

Well, interestingly enough, Todd came up with a totally different solution, that fits remarkably well. However, given that my answer is totally different,(and I'd say fits a bit better) I'm leaving this one up in the undigested section.
